當一個行業的最大僱主要剝奪幾乎整個行業從業員的生計，並高調藉詞「公眾利益」、利用政府的消息發佈基建藉傳媒機構玩弄口術，將事件、議題的諸種生成背景隱去，約化為各執一詞的另一宗無理吵鬧，無視公共事務的政治本質……
